Michael earned his BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
Michael and his spouse, Peggy, support several charitable organizations including Cathedral Arts Project, Quigley House, Boggy Creek Childrens Camp and Simon’s Angels. Michael has four children and two grandchildren. Two of his daughters work with Michael, Jennifer, and Natalie. Michael’s hobbies include vintage cars and late model sports cars. He and Peggy also love to travel, Europe and Napa Valley are their favorites.
Alexander P. Harrison has more than 20 years of experience working exclusively with executives, professionals and business owners. The Florida native specializes in estate and gift planning strategies, financial independence, investment planning, employee stock option analysis, wealth accumulation, insurance analysis and business succession planning.
Alex is a graduate of the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Financial Services. He is also a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and is registered with Commonwealth Financial Network and is an avid student of the business.
Through the years, Alex has been a regular speaker at national conferences and in LFA national groups including Sagemark Private Wealth and The Resource Group (TRG). For eight years Alex was a member of TRG board and in 2020, he served as Chairman of TRG Board serving the top 200 advisors at LFA helping to navigate the unprecedented events of the pandemic. As a founding partner in Aegis Consulting, Alex continues to serve clients while also growing the organization.
As a four-time survivor of oral cancer, Alex knows what’s really important, faith, family and friends. Empathy, wisdom, and situational awareness are critical characteristics that Alex possesses and leads for his team. Alex and Kami have been married 27 years and have two children, Kinley and Maguire. Kinley is a graduate of the University of Tampa and Maguire is a student at Florida State College in Jacksonville. Alex enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time outdoors in Highlands, NC.
Bruce has over 35 years of financial planning and investment experience. His focus is in estate planning strategies, investment, and business owner planning. His practice spans the full range of financial planning for successful families including; investment management analysis, tax reduction strategies, retirement planning, business succession planning, and estate/asset preservation strategies. His expertise includes the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing review of sophisticated wealth management plans.
Bruce’s experience includes 18 years with Cigna/Sagemark Consulting (a national financial planning firm) where he directed the North Florida region and 6 years with Clark Consulting where he developed expertise in working with corporate executives as an executive benefits consultant. He has spent the last 6 years as Director of Financial Planning for LionsBridge Wealth Management.
He is a graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. He attended the Wharton School of Business where he obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver in 1992, and his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in 1988.

Michael, his wife Jennifer, and their children Carson and Sarah are avid fishermen who love the outdoors, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, traveling, and spending time with their family. They love the summers out West and plan on spending an increasing amount of time in their second home outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Cindy and her husband Philip are happily celebrating over 35 years of marriage. They enjoy sharing “farm life” and organic produce with friends and neighbors. When not at the farm, Cindy and Philip enjoy traveling and fly fishing. They are also the proud parents of Hayley, a fellow advisor at Aegis Consulting, and enjoy spending time with Hayley, her husband John, and their daughter Taylor.
Stuart has specialized in wealth accumulation and retirement planning for over 45 years. He has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
Stuart has served as President of four different non-profit organizations in the Central Florida community including Rotary International, and continues to serve on many of their boards. He is past Chairman of both the Seminole County School Business Advisory Board and the Finance Committee of Florida Citrus Sports.
Stuart is a resident of both Seminole and Brevard Counties, and has three grown children and 4 grandchildren. He is proud to be married for over 50 years to the former Jo Ann Trippe of Winter Park, Florida.

Hayley Gregory joined the team in 2015 from her prior position with a public accounting firm. Hayley specializes in financial modeling and helping clients to visualize the future through “what if” scenarios. Her passion is to help clients to identify what’s within the realm of possibility and accomplish their goals through practical and manageable steps.
Hayley is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
Outside of the office, Hayley and her husband John enjoy spending time with their daughter, Taylor, a toddler who keeps everyone on their toes! They also enjoy traveling, cooking and working on various projects around the house and their garden.

Rebecca Kauffman has more than 15 years of experience, specializing in investment planning, retirement planning, insurance analysis, wealth accumulation, and estate planning. She considers herself to be a “financial quarterback”, helping her clients coordinate their team of advisors in the different areas of their financial lives.
A native of Orlando, Rebecca has continued to be an active leader in the community. She is involved with numerous organizations including the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, and Rotary International, of which she is a past president of the Altamonte Springs Club.
Rebecca has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner certification, as well as holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. She is FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registered and Florida Life, Health, and Annuity licensed.

James D. Neel was with Sagemark Consulting / Lincoln Financial Advisors since 2008. He believes his previous 17 years at Merrill Lynch in various roles were an ideal foundation for his current role as Private Wealth Advisor.

Born in Jacksonville Florida, Nathan is one of ten children. Nathan and his wife Carole have three children; Celia, Lukas, and Aria.
Walt Williams has been serving financial needs of successful entrepreneurs, owners of closely held private and family-owned businesses, professionals, and executives for over 20 years.
Walt is analytical by nature having pursued his passion for logic and reasoning by earning his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, after which he went to work with the Ford Motor Company in their Advanced Vehicle Engineering Office. Following his time with Ford, Walt followed his career plan and entered the University of Florida where he earned his MBA with a concentration in finance.
Walt then founded, along with other family members, what became a multi-center auto service firm where he gained valuable first-hand knowledge of the complexities and dynamics of a closely held family business. During that time, he further expanded his knowledge and experience by serving on trade association boards and education councils. Through these relationships he learned of financial issues that professionals and businesses face as they strive to provide for their families, charities, and themselves. He realized most individuals are so involved in their daily challenges, financial family goals and protections, all too often take a backseat. This experience led him to pursue a practice in financial services, becoming passionate about helping families secure their future.
In keeping with his engineering background, he believes financial security starts with a blueprint unique to each family’s needs. Cindy Barber manages the internal systems used by the team to provide excellent service to clients, and tracks the status of ongoing business. With a marketing background, Cindy brings expert attention to detail, is highly organized and an excellent communicator.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Martin, and trying to manage the busy lives of their three sons. Any spare time is spent volunteering, tending to her vegetable garden and baking.
Diane Bohn joined the team in November 2012. She is the behind-the-scenes person managing data and servicing client accounts. With over thirty-five years in the financial services industry, she has assisted financial professionals in Pennsylvania, Georgia and now Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and her pups, Thunder and Thor, as well as baking, which then means exercising, and being creative.
Stephen joined Sagemark Consulting in 2012 working in the National Planning Department. In October of 2014, Stephen joined our team and assists in the development of financial plans, coordinates the insurance underwriting process and manages our technology platforms among other tasks.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations.
Carolyn joined our team in July 2003. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services. Prior to joining our firm Carolyn managed personal trusts as a Trust Officer for a bank. Carolyn is FINRA Series 6 and 7 registered, responsible for fixed income and equity trading and handles our bookkeeping and due diligence.
Born overseas on an Air Force Base in Japan, Carolyn is now married to an Air Force Officer, Matt. They have one son, Gavin, and enjoy the beach, traveling, and spending time as a family.
Kara Pugh provides broad service and account management support to clients, as well as operational support and assistance to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Kara and her husband Sean have two children, both students at the University of South Carolina.
Joe is a decorated United States Navy, Gulf War Veteran who served 21 years as an Aviation Warfare Systems Operator, Helicopter Crew Chief and Rescue Swimmer. He concluded his duty as the lead instructor at the United States Navy Rescue Swimmer School in Pensacola, Fl.
Since retiring from the Navy in 2000, Joe’s experience includes work at regional and national brokerage firms specializing in operations and sales support. Joe joined our team in 2005 as a practice manager and investment coordinator. He is FINRA Series 7 registered, responsible for fixed income and equity trading and handles compliance and due diligence responsibilities.
The St. Augustine resident was born abroad and is a world traveler. Joe and his wife, Tracy, enjoy running, golf and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie joined the Aegis team in May 2022 after graduating with her BBA in Marketing with a Fine Art minor from Jacksonville University. Creative, challenging projects are Natalie’s favorite where she has a chance to put her mind to the test. She has the pleasure to work for her stepfather, Michael Cirino, who is challenging her to learn the insurance side of business.
Natalie has lived in the Jacksonville area all her life and enjoys spending free time with friends and family. She comes home to her cat, Chevy, who is her pride and joy.
