Natalie Zapp

Natalie joined the Aegis family in May 2022 after graduating with her BBA in Marketing with a Fine Arts minor from Jacksonville University. Creative, challenging projects are Natalie’s favorite where she has a chance to put her mind to the test. She has the pleasure to work for her stepfather, Michael Cirino, who is challenging her to learn the insurance side of business.

Natalie has lived in the Jacksonville area all her life and enjoys spending free time with friends and family. She comes home to her cats, Chevy & Priscilla, who are her pride and joy. She completed her insurance license in July 2025 and continues to work in the administrative side working for Michael Cirino, James Neel, Nathan Rogero, and Andy Woods as their insurance coordinator/assistant.
