Ms. Yoon Lee brings extensive industry experience and a strong focus on supporting financial advisors at every stage of their careers, from those entering the profession to seasoned advisors. Her approach centers on aligning people, process, and purpose to drive sustainable growth.
As Managing Director, Ms. Yoon Lee will focus on strengthening advisor relationships and enhancing the firm’s value proposition. She will lead key initiatives that align processes, technology, and resources to support long-term expansion while maintaining a consistent client experience. She will also help implement governance structures designed to position Aegis for future growth and attract advisors aligned with the firm’s culture and long-term vision.
